SAN DIEGO, Tuesday, May 16, 2006 -- The Downtown Partnership is pleased to announce Destination Downtown 2006, a luncheon forum to be held on May 24th at the San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter (660 K Street) from 12-1:30pm. The event will feature a distinguished panel discussion on the future of Downtown’s business and office market.
John Kratzer of JMI Realty will moderate the forum and will be joined by panel members Charles Black of the Irvine Company, Nancy Graham of CCDC, Stath Karras of Burnham Real Estate, Ed Muna of Lankford & Associates, and Jason Wood of Cisterra Partners. Panelists will discuss rental space availability, current and future rental rates, a comparison of commercial real estate Downtown to other areas, new office construction, and more.
The event is expected to sell out with over 200 people in attendance. Audience members range from brokers to contractors and others who have a vested interest in Downtown’s business and office market.
